Mr. Tak Sang HO, Founder and Managing Partner, formerly with Price Waterhouse Coopers, is a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (Practising), the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK  and the Taxation Institute of Hong Kong. He is a Certified Tax Advisor and holds a Master Degree in Business Administration. He is also a Certified Financial Planner, a Registered Financial Planner and a Certified Insurance Practitioner.

Mr. Ka Wa LEUNG is a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (Practising), the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK and the Taxation Institute of Hong Kong. He is a Certified Tax Advisor and holds a Bachelor Degree of Science in Computing.

Ms. Miranda Yuk Ching CHANG is a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (Practising) and the Taxation Institute of Hong Kong. She is a Certified Tax Advisor, a member of CPA (Australia) and holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics.
