It is a firm of certified public accountants (practising) registered under the Hong Kong “Professional Accountants Ordinance” (Chapter 50).
The firm was founded by Mr. Ho Tak Sang in 1979, and has been adhering to a professional attitude, providing one-stop, high-quality and reliable corporate services for all walks of life in Hong Kong over the last 40 years.
The scope of our services includes setting up a company, accounting, auditing, tax consultation, company secretarial services, providing registered office address, registration of Hong Kong trademark, liquidation and deregistration, etc.
The firm is now managed by three fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants to ensure that all clients are fully taken care of.
